Dear all,
I wish you all a happy Diwali and a very happy and prosperous New Year. Let me introduce myself. I am the youngest son (based in Sydnery, Australia) of Chandrakantbhai Ajmera and Ushaben Ajmera. She was operated on 14th September 2001 for ASD. I hope this fax reaches you amid the good work you all are doing.

First of all I would like to express my gratitude towards what you did for my mummy. This operation was very crucial for our family. I've followed every movement of this decisive process from here. I was of a firm opinion to get the operation done here in Australia. I did not and could not believe that such specialised medical facilities were available in India. Papa had been updating me of every bit of communication carried out with you. From papa's meticulous detailing, I slowly was getting convinced that the decision pappa was taking was prolific.

He explained me about the advanced medical infrastructure ( he has seen hospital setup and environment here in Sydney also) in your institute. State of the art technology and instruments in your operation theater, centrally air conditioned unit with backup service plant, hygienic environment, sincere, attentive and alert staff to look after the patient, strictness and priority to patient care ( having very limited visitor entry...very essential), homelike atmosphere for faster post operation recovery, security, catering and every aspect of a modern and highly professional institute. But to top it all, leadership of expert doctors, who give attention to every tiny detail, discuss and explain the whole process to family members to calm their anxieties.

It is an honour and pride for the city of Ahmedabad (and Gujarat) to have such dedicated and expert medical professionals at its doorstep. I sincerely thank you once again from the bottom of my heart for what you have done for us and doing for our community. If there is anything that I can do to help you in your noble cause, please advice me accordingly.
