Medical Events - Camps
 
CAMPS:  Community service is one of the founding tenets of KRISHNA.  We, at KRISHNA Heart take our community responsibility very seriously and sincerely. People of Gujarat have the highest rate of heart diseases in the world, and cardiac problems are one of the leading reasons for premature death for our population.  Out goal is to assist our community and country in preventing and minimizing this and other diseases, and to improve the quality of life of our people.

We regularly organize diagnostic camps to provide free and subsidized health check-ups through-out the state of Gujarat and Rajasthan.  We also organize diagnostic camps at large organizations.  We make available our deep resources and skilled staff to all attendees.
Our aim is to serve our community three fold:

Education and Awareness:  We inform our community about serious diseases, their symptoms and preventive measures.  We provide access to trained healthcare professionals and literature to people who would otherwise not have such access.

•
Prevention and Management of Diseases:  We promote healthy lifestyle, elimination of risk factors and early detection.  Our goal is to prevent and minimize the occurrence of cardiac and other diseases that ruin the life of an individual, as well as impact their families.

•
Treatment:  We identify the diseases before they become chronic so that they can be effectively treated without impacting quality of life or causing mortality.  For more severe diseases, we make available our world class facilities to patients at the most reasonable costs.  For the patients who can not afford the treatment, financial resources are made available by Divya Jyot Charitable Trust, our affiliated charitable trust.
