Let me introduce myself. I am the son of Arvindbhai Pancholi who was operated for bypass surgery in your hospital on 7th August 2002.

First of all I would like to express my gratitude towards your successful operation of my papa. That operation was very crucial for our family. Particularly when I and my sister are here in USA. And my mummy alone had to handle that situation. But now I feel that she was not alone there. You all were with her. I really do not find any words to express my deep sense of gratitude towards you for the kind co-operation during that critical time of our family.

I had a different picture of Indian doctors in my mind because when I was in India and I took my papa to several doctors. I had very bad experience of some of “Professional” doctors. But the experience with KRISHNA hospital was totally different.

Everyday we called our papa and mummy on hospital phone. And we were connected to their room without waiting more. Hospital staff understands that it was a long distance call and they do best to connect us as soon as possible. We really appreciate this service from the staff. I take this opportunity of thanking your team and staff personally on behalf of our entire family.

I sincerely thank you once again from the bottom of my heart for what you have done for us in critical time and what you are doing for our community. God give you more strength to serve community...
