HEPA filters fitted in area directly above the operation table (Vertical Laminar Flow System) with a minimum size of 10 feet to cover the patient, surgeon, assistants and all instrument trolleys.

3. Proper sterilization is the basis of infection free surgery. Routine sterilizers without a special water operated vacuum pump are infective in ensuring proper sterilization. Pre-vacuum High pressure autoclave is used to achieve above results.
