Dear Chairman / Managing Director,

I was admitted for Angiography & further Angioplasty on 11th of March. I was really impressed by your setup, hospitality and the personal care you all take of Patient. I was accompanied by 4 to 5 of my elders but after entering the hospital I felt that it wouldn't have made any difference even if I would have come alone on my own.

I wish every hospital to be like yours and staff was also co-operative. The only thing I found faulty was that I couldn't find any fault anywhere. Every thing was just perfect, mainly the neat and clean environment, the cleanliness of the hospital itself, the outside Green view from the rooms, the centrally air-conditioning, the quality of food, the timings of serving the food to patients, the round the clock canteen for patient's attendants, the strictness of security staff, the regularity of sisters giving medical dozes in time and what not. I felt that I had been to a place somewhere abroad.

The best saying for your hospital can be "I can bet that if I would have stayed for 10 days before plasty, it might have been avoided." I am comfortable from the day I was operated. He has a terrific fluent hand in Angioplasty. May God bless him and his family and may he continue to do so, for years to come.
